I have been an avid hiker since early days and really enjoy the outdoors especially when you are able to get to remote areas with no one in sight.

Experience

Been involved with scouts since age 7. Springbok Scout 1991. Hiked many 3-5 day trails in South Africa, sumitted the two highest peaks in Southern Africa with a group of Senior Scouts from 2nd Kenridge, namely Thabana-Ntlenyana, at 3,841m and Mafadi at 3,450m. Member of the Table Mountain Rescue Team.
